innerdance Training with Pi Villaraza in Berlin
In late summer 2025, Pi – the initiator of innerdance – will come to Germany for the first time to join us in a space of remembrance, learning, and deep understanding.
This training is for those who wish to dive deeper into the innerdance process, gain a clearer understanding of it, and perhaps share it with others in the future. Together, we’ll explore a field of consciousness, science, music, and transformation.

What is this training?
This immersive innerdance training is a rare opportunity to explore the intersection of science, art, and the deep spiritual process that innerdance has developed over the past 20 years. Guided by Pi Villaraza, this unique gathering focuses on experience, resonance, and the creative laboratory of the inner self.
Whether you’re completely new to innerdance or have already trained before, this training offers an intensive space for transformation, integration, and self-exploration.
There are no certificates — just a return to inner wisdom.
What to expect?
Dialogues
We begin with your questions. Submitted beforehand and gathered on the first day, your interests will shape science-based discussions around innerdance and emerging spiritual modalities.
Integration
Techniques are demonstrated, experienced, and grounded in hands-on group work. New and returning participants come together in a shared space of embodied learning.
Creativity
Dive into the innerdance laboratory: explore the nervous system through sound, touch, language, and intention. One session is dedicated to exploring playlist tools and sound-based workstations.
Experience
Each day begins and ends with an innerdance journey. You’ll move through expanded states, silence, resonance and reflection – alone and together.
